2. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale of marketing personas (detailed profile sheets of target audience types) on PersonAll, available as individual products or packs.

3. Products

Personas are digital content accessible:

• Online through your user account
• As downloadable files (PDF/JSON formats)

Essential characteristics are described on each product page.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros including VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe using encrypted card transactions.

5. Delivery

Access to content is immediate upon payment confirmation. Downloadable files are available in your account dashboard.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase.

By placing an order, the customer:

• Acknowledges that delivery begins immediately
• Expressly waives the right of withdrawal

7. Intellectual Property

Personas remain the property of PROMUCAD. Purchase grants a usage license:

Permitted use: internal use, marketing studies, client presentations

Prohibited use: resale, redistribution, full publication

8. Liability

PROMUCAD commits to providing quality content but does not guarantee the suitability of personas for any specific purpose. Liability is limited to the order amount.
